In 2024, GOODAI GLOBAL INC. supplied products to a UK-based distributor, establishing a business presence in the UK. Our supply chains include contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers, raw material vendors, and logistics providers.
3. Policies and Due Diligence
We have implemented a Supplier Code of Conduct prohibiting forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking. Due diligence is conducted on high-risk suppliers, and training is provided to key staff on identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks.
4. Risk Management and Future Steps
We evaluate and address risks of modern slavery across our operations. To date, we have not identified any cases of modern slavery or human trafficking within our operations or direct supply chains. Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and plan to expand supplier assessments and implement measurable indicators of compliance in the upcoming year.
