What skin types can use this product?
This cleanser is suitable for all skin types.
My skin still looks shiny after cleansing. Do I need to rinse longer?
Cleansing shouldn't leave your skin dry and stripped. We formulated ours to protect your natural moisture barrier, which means your skin will look dewy and hydrated after you rinse it off. If you want to mattify, we recommend adding our Matte Sun Stick : Mugwort+Camelia to your skincare routine.
Does this cleanser also remove makeup?
This water-based cleanser is not designed to remove makeup. Pair it with our Ginseng Cleansing Oil or Radiance Cleansing Balm for an effective double cleanse to leave your skin refreshed and free of impurities.

I use this after the ginseng cleansing oil and all make etc is gone. It doesn't dry out my skin either. This has changed my skin game. Other cleansers were too harsh on my skin. A little goes a long way too.

The gel face wash I had been using was discontinued, and this was recommended to me as a replacement. I will never, ever go back! This is so much gentler on my skin, and way more effective. Before I bought the rest of the recommended steps, just using this cleanser made my skin feel less irritated and too oily/too dry. I love it!

Nice cleanser. Not a wild list of active ingredients, but that’s not really necessary for something on the face so briefly. Bought as a middle ground between other cleansers for when my pores need a bit more help, but not the level of acids in some of my cleansers (for days my skin is a bit toasted from other actives haha). It hits that spot. I do love that it has a very minimal naturally present scent, nothing perfumy, barely noticeable, not irritating.

The Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser is the best cleanser I have ever used. I have dealt with hormonal blemishes and black heads my whole life, until I started using this cleanser.
