Day Dew Sunscreen is a skincare-first sunscreen made for the U.S. market using FDA-approved UV filters. It has a lighter texture that layers well under makeup, gives a fresh glow, and is water-resistant for 80 minutes — all while staying true to BOJ’s skincare-first philosophy.
Is this a mineral or chemical sunscreen?
It’s a chemical sunscreen, formulated with FDA-approved chemical UV filters and offers broad-spectrum SPF 50 protection.
What kind of UV filters does it use?
It uses Avobenzone 3.0%, Homosalate 7.0%, Octisalate 5.0%, and Octocrylene 5.0% as active ingredients.
What skin types is it best for?
Best for normal to dry skin, especially for those who enjoy a dewy finish.
Can sensitive skin use it too?
Yes, it’s suitable for sensitive skin and has completed the HRIPT (Human Repeat Insult Patch Test). Still, a patch test is recommended before full application.
Can I skip skincare and just use this?
It adds a light layer of hydration but is designed to complement, not replace, your skincare routine. Apply it as the last step after moisturizer.
