What it is
When we lack the protein that imparts elasticity to the dermal layer of the skin, collagen and hyaluronic acid decrease, which causes wrinkles. We created an eye serum that helps to improve wrinkles on the sensitive skin around the eyes by combining ginseng extract and retinal.

From the very beginning, we knew we wanted ginseng as the base ingredient for the eye serum because there are multiple studies showing that ginseng is effective in improving wrinkles due to containing abundant amounts of saponins. Ginseng is a well-known herbal ingredient with excellent efficacy.

Vitamin A was, without a doubt, the number one ingredient we wanted to combine with ginseng.
There are two types of vitamin A used as cosmetic ingredients, retinol and retinal. Our most important task was to achieve ingredient stability and reduce skin irritation at the same time.
2% (active ingredient 0.02%) of retinal stabilized in the form of liposomes was blended into the formula so that customers can experience retinal for themselves.

Key ingredients

Ginseng root extract 10%
In Donguibogam, a Korean herbal medicine book, ginseng was used as an important oriental medicine and recorded as 'Shincho', meaning herb from the gods. Hwang Jini, known as the most beautiful woman in the Joseon Dynasty, used a ginseng decoction as a bath water.
The rich saponin contained in ginseng helps to quickly supply moisture to the skin and maintain it deep inside the skin for a long time to help create healthy skin.

Retinal Liposome 2%
Retinal is a vitamin A derivative and has long been used throughout the history of skin care to improve wrinkles.

When vitamin A is consumed through food, it undergoes metabolic processes that transform it in the order of retinol -> retinal -> retinoic acid. Retinal, which is converted directly to retinoic acid, works faster and more effectively on the skin than retinol, which must go through the process of becoming retinal.

We used a 'retinal liposome' that was stabilized by breaking the retinal into smaller elements and enclosing it in liposomes and then adding ingredients such as natural lipids and oils. In addition, we blend ingredients such as glycerin, niacinamide, and cholesterol together to create a more effective product.

After smoothing out the skin’s texture with toner, pump the serum 1-2 times and apply it around the eyes or the entire face.

Q/ What skin types can use this product?
It works well with all skin types. However, for sensitive skin, use a small amount to give your skin time to adapt first and increase the amount slowly.
In particular, it is recommended for people who worry about reduced skin elasticity and fine wrinkles.

Q/ Can I put this product over my entire face?
A/ Certainly! You can use it over your entire face, neck, chest, etc. anywhere you need care.

Q/ Can pregnant women use it?
A/ It contains a vitamin A derivative (retinal) that pregnant women should avoid. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please avoid using this product.

Q/ Can I use it along with AHA BHA PHA products?
A/ We recommend that such products are not used together with this product as your skin may react sensitively.

Q/ Can I use it both day and night?
A/ It is recommended for use only at night.

Q/ My skin stings sometimes. Is this normal?
A/ Due to the nature of retinal, your skin may sting a bit. With consistent use, your skin will adapt over time. For sensitive skin, use it after mixing a small amount with a moisturizing cream at first and increase the amount gradually in order for your skin to slowly adapt to retinal.

This eye cream is a bomb..Works well with my sensitive eyes!! Hope they will change the packaging…I only use this for my eyes and dispenses a lot of product! Squeeze might be better!!!

I wish I had taken pictures!

I wish I had taken before and after pictures when using this product. My under eyes went from being bumpy and dry, to be smooth and creaseless. My under eyes look like I’m young again, and I’m actually 49.

Irritation

My under eyes got irritatined from this cream. I got redness, it made my skin burn and dry..

My lines under the eyes were kinda disappearing so I think it will work if your skin reacts well to it..
