FREE Shipping Policy

Our global mall offers FREE shipping on orders of US$70 or more (flat rate, calculated after discounts and before regional taxes)

If you're shopping from another country, the equivalent amount in your local currency will apply, based on the current exchange rate.

It may take 2-3 business days to process your order before updating the tracking code. Once the tracking code is available, you will receive an email at the address you provided when placing the order. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and check the tracking code in the Order List

If your tracking code does not appear within this timeframe, please contact us via Contact Us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation and Changes
We begin packing your order as soon as we receive it, so unfortunately, orders cannot be modified once confirmed. Once the delivery tracking is updated, no adjustments can be made, including changes to products, shipping addresses, or cancellations.

Correct Address Information
Customers must provide an accurate and complete address (including apartment number, building, entrance code, block, etc.) to ensure successful delivery. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we cannot reship or refund the order.

Invalid Address Notification
Beauty of Joseon will contact customers who provide invalid address information. Customers are responsible for responding to these notifications. If no response is received within 14 days, we will cancel the order, and the customer will need to place a new order.

Delivery Times and Potential Delays
Given the delivery time mentioned, please note that delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include bad weather, service disruptions, customs duties, local customs procedures, inspections, or other factors affecting the shipping company. Beauty of Joseon is not responsible for delays caused by such events. Please reach out to us via "Contact Us," and we will assist you with the issue. However, please note that we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund in this situation.

Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons such as holidays, promotions, or Black Friday, delivery delays beyond our control may occur. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during these times.

International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government. These fees are separate from shipping charges and are not set by Beauty of Joseon or the delivery service. If a package is undelivered due to a customer's refusal to pay these charges, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the order.

Order Value Limit
Due to customs regulations that may cause significant delays or rejection during the clearance process, Beauty of Joseon limits orders to a maximum value of $200. Customers wishing to purchase more than $200 are advised to place separate orders to avoid customs-related issues.

Delivery Restrictions
By our internal policies, we are unable to deliver to military addresses (APO or FPO) or PO Boxes. If a PO Box or military address is entered, your order will not be shipped until a new address is provided.

Mandatory Information
For international orders, a full legal name and phone number are required. Orders will be placed on hold if either of these details is missing.

Missed Delivery Notifications

Customers should stay alert for calls from the delivery service to avoid missing them, as this could result in delays or failure of delivery. If the package fails to be delivered due to this reason, no refund or reshipment will be issued.

Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Goods
Beauty of Joseon is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been delivered to the correct address. However, if the delivery service confirms loss, damage, or any other issues due to their mistake, please reach out to us through "Contact Us," and our Customer Service team will assist you.
