■ Delivery policy
We start packing immediately after we receive your order, so orders cannot be changed once confirmed. We usually pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days.
International shipping may vary slightly depending on the region and usually takes 5-15 business days. Delivery may be delayed or interrupted due to circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, service disruption, customs duties, local customs procedures and inspections, etc. Beauty of Joseon is not responsible or liable in such cases.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their government.
Package cannot be packed or shipped when customers provide incorrect shipping address, and packages sent to an invalid or incorrect address cannot be shipped again. Customers are responsible for providing correect address when creating order.
Beauty of Joseon will contact the customers who entered incorrect address that cannot be shipped through email(cs@beautyofjoseon.com), and the customer is responsible to respond to the mail. When the customer does not respond to the email within 14 days, we will cancel the order, and the customer must re-order the products.

*In order to smoothly process US Standard Shipping at a reasonable price, it is sent through a 3PL provider, so samples or event gifts cannot be provided.

Customers who wish to purchase more than $200, we suggest you to place two separate orders to avoid customs related issue.
Return & Refund
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receipt of the product. No refunds or exchanges are available after 15 days of receipt.
The product must not have been used and must be in the same packaging as it was received in order to be returned. Customers must return the package to a designated warehouse, and the customers are responsible for shipping charges for the return.
Expedited shipping: Please return to the designated warehouse in Korea via DHL
Standard shipping (US Only): Please return to the designated warehouse in the United States.

■ Refund
When the returned product arrives at the designated warehouse, you will be notified by email whether or not a refund has been approved. Please note that your refund request may be denied if the returned product is damaged.
The refund process usually takes 1~2 weeks after receiving the returned package.
