What types of card payment options are available?

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, please use one of the following methods

1. Log in to your BOJ account : You can log into your account and view your order details from the "My Account" > "Order" menu.

2. Check your "Order Confirmation" email: Look for the order confirmation email we sent you. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Do you offer promotion & discount codes for first timers?

To receive a 10% discount welcome coupon, please sign up for our newsletter through the pop-up window that appears when you access our global mall. After entering your email address and clicking "continue," you will be provided with a discount code. Kindly enter this code on the checkout page when making your first purchase.

If you have not yet received your discount code, please be assured that it will be sent to you via email within two to three days.

How can I change some products in my order?

Please be advised of the following guidelines regarding changes to your order:

  • No changes after tracking code is updated: Once the tracking code has been updated, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
  • Adding or changing products: We are unable to add new products or change existing items to different products, even before the tracking code is updated.
  • Removing products: If you wish to remove products, this can only be done before the tracking code is updated. Please contact our Customer Service team via the ‘Contact Us’ page for assistance.

How do I cancel my order?

Please note that we can only cancel an order before it has been shipped. Once the tracking link has been updated, we are unable to cancel the order or issue a refund.

Check Order Status:

  1. Log in to your BOJ account and go to the "My Account" section.
  2. Click on the "Order" menu.
  3. Go to the order confirmation email sent after your purchase, click on "View your order", and select "Cancel".

After canceling the order, it may take 1-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please kindly check with your financial institution for any pending transactions.

What is the currency showed on your website?

Please note that all prices listed on our website is in US Dollars.

The checkout page says that my payment was failed, and I cannot proceed further. What can I do?

The list below is the possible reasons why your payment was not successful:

1. Sometimes, our system does not accept the credit cards that is not issued with your own name. If you have other credit card issued with your name, please use other cards.

2. If your card is issued in a different country where you currently reside, the system may not approve your payment. We recommend you use a credit card issued in the country where you currently live.

3. This might be a temporary technical issue, so we kindly ask you to try ordering again later.

Why the free gift has been removed from my order after checking out?

We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.

Please note that we offer free gifts for orders that meet a certain required amount (in USD - flat rate). This amount is calculated after applying any discounts and before adding additional charges like shipping fees or regional taxes.

Occasionally, your order may initially qualify for the free gift, and it will appear in your cart. However, if you apply an extra discount at the checkout that lowers the total below the required amount, the free gift may be automatically removed after checkout. Unfortunately, since our system doesn't always reflect this change immediately, it can sometimes lead to confusion.
