This has been very healing for my skin. It’s not super hydrating and oily so if you’re looking for a more intense serum then this isn’t it. I would say it’s a more of a layering serum that you can add into your products without much disruption. My redness and breakouts (perimenopause!) has been reduced significantly since using this serum and I use it daily.
I've been having really bad hormonal acne from new medication I tried, but the usual salacylic acid serum and acne wash I have tried haven't helped. till I tried this! Now I only have the occasional 1 or 2 breakouts and they're less painful. I use it once a day in mornings. 3 drops. The dropper is helpful to directly apply to clean face after my toner.
